How to use this Online Order System:

This order system is designed to be as streamlined as possible while requiring no assistance to use. It is made for simple / non complex orders, so if you have specific requirements please feel free to reach out to us directly and we can get your engraved plastics project done!

1: Select your Color and plastic type:

Select from below which thickness finish and quality of plastic you need for your application. We have a varity of types that range from Mil-Spec to budget labels. Here's a quick break down:

Gemini Duets XT: High performance UV resistant , fungal resistant , and most corrosive and acidic chemicals .  Rated for exterior use and very durable. This is the ideal Plastic for 99% of situations, and is what we recommend for most control panel and signage applications. MIl-P-15024 Type B and UL compliant.  

Gemini Duets Select:  Gemini Duets Selects are a single-pass laser or rotary engravable impact modified acrylic that can be used both indoors and outdoors. The non-glare matte and satin/brush finishes are UV stable. Duets Selects are great for interior or exterior signage, personal identification, industrial labeling, and safety signage.

Gemini Duets Textures: Durability for high-touch, high-traffic environments with a lightly textured finish.

Budget Lamicoid : This plastic is still a quality plastic but ideal for tight budgets with minimal durability requirements, such as simple labeling or signage in offices or residential uses.

2. Part size selector: 

After you have chosen your plastic pick whichever size you need. If it is just a simple square label pick from the list and you are good to go. 

However, if you have a more complex part ( like rounded or specific measurements) you need to pick whichever size is closest to you measurements. 

If you need a larger part done that is not listed( as this section only does up to 12.00"x8.00") please submit a RFQ through the quote form. We can do larger sizes however we didn't want to list to many option on this sit and make it difficult to navigate.

Circular Parts:  Lets say your part is 4.00" Dia. then you would need to select it as a 4"x4" part as that is the cutting area that will be used. 

Diamond Shaped parts: For this style of part you would just treat it like a square part and use the Length and width. 

Custom sizes: If you have a part that is for example 1.68"x 5.23"  you would select whichever size is closest and specify you exact size in the notes. This example part would become a 2"x5". Round to the nearest size. As our billing goes by the Sq. IN. used it only matters that you are close to the amount of plastic used. 

Custom Shapes:  If you have a custom or strange shape just select the length and width of the part. If it is a particular strange shape feel free to reach out to use and we will give you a custom quote. 

If you have Drawings or artwork:

If you have technical drawings or artwork for the part you need to have made please upload it in the indicated upload box under the color of your choice. If your drawing has multiple parts on it and you only need one part made please state that in the " comments/ notes box" under the plastic of your choice.

( Mounting or button holes DO NOT add to the price. When it comes what we charge area of used plastic is the only thing we bill for so no need to worry about extra fees.

If you do NOT have drawings or artwork:

If you don't have any drawings use the attached text boxes and options to layout your part. Do note a drawing can be as simple as a quick sketch to convey what you are going for and demonstrate the layout and size. If you provide your own sketch be sure to include important info such as spacing dimensions tolerances and other key details.

If you need drawings done, we do offer Tech. Doc. drawing services for $50 per part ( price for one offs, that price goes down with larger part numbers and after a certain point is waived). This is ideal if you want to have this part made again in the future, or plane on ordering a large Quanity
